MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION AND REVIEW PROCESS
All manuscripts submitted to the OPUS Journal of Society Research undergo an initial evaluation by the editorial board. Submissions that meet the journal’s standards in terms of content, scope, and format are then sent to at least two independent reviewers under a double-blind peer review process.

PUBLICATION FEES
To proceed with the evaluation process, authors are required to pay a total fee of 10,000 TRY per manuscript after passing the initial review. This fee is mandatory regardless of the final acceptance or rejection of the manuscript.
•Editorial Processing Fee (5,000 TRY): Covers the honoraria for editors and peer reviewers. In line with ethical academic publishing standards, the journal compensates both editors and reviewers for their intellectual contribution and time.
•Publication Fee (5,000 TRY): Covers technical processes including digital publication, graphic design, and promotion in international academic indexes.

REFUND POLICY
If a manuscript completes the full editorial and peer review process but is ultimately not accepted for publication, the Publication Fee (5,000 TRY) will be refunded. However, the Editorial Processing Fee (5,000 TRY) will be retained to cover the academic labor involved in the evaluation process.

•Payment details will be provided to authors only after the preliminary editorial review has been completed.
